This is a Wedgwood dark blue Florentine tea cup and saucer set with a floral center W1079.

The cup is a peony shaped footed cup with a floral center. and heraldic griffins or winged dragon pattern around the rim.

The cup opening is 4 inches (10cm) in diameter and stands 2 1/8 inches (5.5cm) tall.  The saucer is 5 7/8 inches (14.25cm) in diameter.

The Wedgwood dark blue Florentine W1079 is discontinued.
