VTG 1950s Lefton ESD Bluebird CUP Anthropomorphic 7025

This is a 1950s ESD Japan Lefton Bluebird anthropomorphic CUP #7025 made in Japan.

The Lefton Japan vintage Bluebird ceramics were darlings of the 1950s - 1970s homes and kitchens.

ESD Japan logo was used exclusively for a Canadian company ESD that imported Lefton merchandise into Canada.

The bluebird anthropomorphic drinking cup features a wide eyed bluebird with a pink ribbon and flowers above one eye.

The bottom of the cup is stamped with the Logo and identifying number: "ESD Japan Hand Painted 7025"

The cup measures 3 1/2 Inches (9cm) across her wings and 4 1/2 inches (11.5cm) from handle to beak and 4 inches (10cm) high.

The colours are vibrant and the glaze is shiny.  There is light crazing on the outside.  The cup is very clean inside.

This planter is in very good vintage condition.
