This is a rare 1950s - 1960s signed Sherman brooch in a layered swirl starburst design and made of beautiful marquise cut Austrian Swarovski crystals.

The brooch measures 2 1/84 inches (5.75cm) in diameter and 3/4 inches (2cm) high.

This Sherman brooch is striking in the pattern, the cut of the crystals and the quality of the stones.

The backing is Rhodium and has the Sherman hallmark. The pin and closure is in excellent condition.

The marquise cut crystals are a beautiful pink colour with round cut pink borealis stones in the raised center and the ends of the starburst.

This is a brilliant piece of vintage jewelry! 

Excellent condition.  No scratches, no chips, no missing stones.
