This is a Shelley England chintz "Rock Garden" tea cup and saucer pattern #13415/51.

This Shelley cup is Oleander shaped and has petals embossed on the saucer and on the outside of the cup.  The cup has a gold handle and the foot is trimmed in gold.

The outside of the cup is a butter yellow and the inside is chintz like in that it is covered in pink and blue flowers on a pink background. 

The cup measures 4 1/4 inches (11cm) across the bowl and the saucer measures 5 3/4 inches (14.5cm).

Both pieces PING beautifully. In excellent condition.
