This is a RARE vintage commercial Cheese Curd Cutter Harp. 

A hard to find cheese making tool.  

The harp measures 6.5 inches (16.5cm) wide by 15 3/8 inches (39cm) long.  The wood handle is 6 1/4 inches (16cm) long.

The harp is steel (attracts magnet).  Small section of outer frame has some tarnishing (photo).

This is a rare find.  All the joints are solidly intact. The joint at the handle is solidly intact.  The handle is snug with no play at all. 

This Cheese Curd Cutter Harp is in very good usable condition.
