RARE KAISER Gold Band Porcelain Pedestal Centerpiece Bowl w, Brass Fish Base

This is a RARE KAISER pedestal bowl that stands on a brass base with a splashing fish was always stored in a cabinet.  It is 8 inches in diameter and 11 inches high and weighs 1.2 kg.  This centerpiece bowl has a strong gold band along the top, a ribbed surface on the inside, and a scalloped rim that accentuates the bright white porcelain bowl.  The base is a fish standing on a beautifully detailed round base attached to the rosette in the centre of the bow. The edges of the hole in the bottom of the porcelain bowl are smooth and surprisingly free of chips.   This porcelain is in excellent condition and a gentle ping holds a very long tone.  The back stamp is the simple AK and crown with W. Germany and the numbers 200 (1967-1970).  This dish and stand are in excellent condition with all gold intact and no cracks, no chips, no crazing, and no repairs.
