This RARE made in England AYNSLEY double cabbage rose tea cup and saucer is gorgeous. This cup has a rim that is open wide to show off a pair of facing cabbage roses framed in a sage green band with gold trim. The cabbage roses on the saucer peek out from under the footed cup and are also framed with a band of sage green trimmed in gold. Just enough gold trim accentuates the beautiful curves of the handle. The cup and saucer bear the Aynsley England stamp and are marked C1259. This set was very well cared for and all gold is intact, colours are crisp, and are in excellent condition. No chips, no cracks, no crazing.
