This is a 1950s Paragon double warrant hand painted tea cup and saucer with a Sweet Pea center.

This Paragon tea cup is a wide mouth footed cup in cobalt blue and gold with the center of the cup and the saucer. 

The tea cup is footed and is 3 7/8 inches (10 cm) wide and is 2 inches (5.5cm) high.  

The beautiful sweet pea design sits in both the center of the cup and the saucer in pink, yellow and mauve.

The band around the center is decorated in gold over cobalt to make this quite a remarkable design.

The backstamp is gold with a Paragon double warrant.

Excellent condition.  Pings beautifully.  No chips, no scratches, no cracks, no repairs.
