This is a 7 inch tall Dutch repousse Bride's Basket vase 3734 in a featuring the old Dutch village scenes. 

The back stamp is International Barbour Sil. Plate Co. USA.

The vase measures 3 3/4 inch (9.5cm) in diameter and is 7 inches (17.75cm) tall to the top of the handle.

This Dutch repousse style vase features relief images of people, a windmill, houses, and is embellished with beautiful scroll designs.

The vase is in excellent condition.  Polished and shiny.
