This is a Hutschenreuther Selb BLUE ONION one piece gravy boat with attached underplate. 

The gravy boat is made of the finest porcelain by Hutschenreuther Selb, Bavaria, Germany.

The manufacturers mark is  a lion in an oval and Bavaria Germany below (1939 - 1965).  It also has the stamp 22.

The gravy boat measures 8 1/2 inches (21.5cm) long and 6 1/2 inches (16.5cm) across the handles and it stands 3 3/4 inches (9.5cm) a the highest point at the handles.

The Gravy boat is glossy and the colours are crisp.  There are two surface scratches in the bowl.

In very good condition.,  No chips, no cracks, no crazing, no repairs.
