AYNSLEY Orchard Gold Scallop Rim TEA CUP & SAUCER Set

This is a single AYNSLEY Orchard Gold bone china TEA CUP & SAUCER set made in England. There are up to 6 sets are available.

All the tea cups and saucers have the same green backstamp indicating production between 1974 - 1995. 

Each tea cup and saucer is footed, with a slightly ribbed bowl and saucer, and have a beautiful scalloped rim. 
The Orchard Gold pattern features peaches, grapes, blackberries, and plums on a yellow background. 
All cups are trimmed with a gold rim and a full gold covered handle and footed base.

The cup is a Oban shape measuring 3 5/8 inch (9.25cm) in diameter and 2 3/8 inches (6cm) high.

The colours are rich and vibrant and the glaze is glossy.  The tea cups and saucers ping beautifully.

Excellent condition.  No chips, no cracks, no crazing, no repairs.
