This is a Shelley England chintz "Summer Glory" tea cup and saucer Pattern #13418/51. 

The Shelley tea cup is Oleander shaped and is embossed in a petal pattern on the saucer and on the outside of the cup. The cup has a gold handle and the foot is trimmed in gold. 

The outside of the cup is a butter yellow and the inside is chintz like in that it is covered in pink, white, and blue flowers on a pink background.  

The cup measures 4 1/4 inches (11cm) across the bowl and the saucer measures 5 3/4 inches (14.5cm).

Both pieces PING beautifully. In excellent condition.
